Since Narcissu is a free distribution, I think it is all right if i uploaded the OST file here. I really like the Narcissu Music as it is relaxing and enjoyable. Do download it because Narcissu has one of the best soundtracks that I have heard from any visual novel.
A personal recommendation would be to take a look at the visual novel. It is free and does not take much space, so do check it out here

there’s a program that lets you rip the soundtrack from the game’s source files, but I don’t remember what it’s called…

One small question at last: Is this Planetarium-novel somewhat similar to Narcissu? This would be nice, because I really like the style of Narcissu.

well…planetarium is definitely like narcissu in the format. If you ask me which one is better, i will have to say planetarium….

This archive contains two folders : the folder “320″ contains the 11 MP3s who are encoded in 320 kbps (logical…).
These tracks were converted from an .ape and a .cue file. I will also upload these lossless files for those who would like to have a lossless sound (even if I hear no loss with the 320 kbps tracks), if someone request it.
The second folder, “128″ contains the 6 MP3s who are encoded in 128 kbps (still logical…). They come from a more current OST version, (the version you shared) which contains in fact 15 tracks. I only kept tracks which are not available in the 320 kbps version.
