For everyone who is a little confused, 13sugars, one of the guest bloggers in T.H.A.T Anime Blog is also my girlfriend in a long distance relationship. Today is actually our first month anniversary and she bought me tons of gifts that has made me feel so happy and warm inside since there’s *censored for excessive swooning*.

Anyway, these are the gifts that she gave me in a package (and a very touched Impz).
The first gift is the X and Chobits DVD. I remember just saying randomly once in the IRC chat that I do not have any anime DVDs and I think I also told her once that I never have any official DVDs in my entire life. I am so shocked and surprised that she actually remembered it band bought two anime DVDs just for me. That said, I have the chance to listen to “Round Table Featuring Nino”. Let me be with you? I want to be with her for sure!
The second gift is something that I am totally shocked. I actually like Mitch Albom, the author of “Tuesdays with Morrie”. To be truly honest, I have never seen the book before, but I have definitely heard of it at the very least. I will treasure this book “The Five people you meet in heaven” a hell lot.

This one got me. Seriously. A tsuruya plushie custom made? Now, that totally rocks and it’s now at the top of my laptop monitor, surrounding my cute little webcam at the top of the webcam. However, why do I have to get a Lin-sama plushie. WHY? Tsuruya is enough, darn it, nyoro~ However, I really feel a little bad that I cannot do anything that much to her. Maybe she will share what I did for her, which is a plot I have planned since one week ago.

It’s now happily standing on my LCD monitor, as you can see, so I will be able to see it every single time I fixed the webcam for talking to her. One stone to kill two birds, huh?
Like all good people, I leave the best for last. I love this gift most of all, simply because it’s probably the most practical gift and a gift that I can bring around the whole day. Yes, it’s like leaving the strawberry for last when you eat a cake, just like the characters in Lucky Star.

Yes, it’s an expensive custom made pen. I love it because it can double up as a pencil board, and hell it looks so darn good, actually way too good for me. However, it will always be a great gift to have when I am working eventually as a Master’s student. I am sure that I can use it effectively. To be honest, I never thought that she will ever buy me such a gift like that. She really knows me quietly that I wanted a new pencil box. Now, I have a new pen AND A NEW PENCIL BOX.
See the words engraved? It’s “Once in a lifetime”. I really adore it because it symbolized the song that we choose for the both of us by Freestyle. She really spent a lot for this personal engraving and it’s really touching. I actually want to upload the song somehow, but decided against the conventional copyright logic. You just have to check the lyrics from a random google search I did on it.
With that, I decided to use it simply as a pencil box. Cool huh? I am going to start using it right now!

For all the gifts I gave Goshujin-sama (Impz), they hardly beat the sweet and shocking gift he gave me for our first monthsary. Yes, the loli-loving green haired trap who founded T.H.A.T. Anime Blog has a very devious mind, and he even enlisted the help of Shokkeru, one of the fresh T.H.A.T. bloggers who recently came aboard, to execute the plan he came up a week ago.
There I was eating my dinner, a huge grilled chicken burrito, when Impz told me to go out of my house, bring my mobile phone with me and see if there is a guy out there, so I did. And to my shock, there was a guy and he approached me.
A single long stemmed red rose was given to me at 9:30 p.m. by Shokkeru, who at that time was someone known to me as the “delivery guy,

i think the detail put into timming the rose delivery and surprising 13sugars was very sweet, romantic and quite meaningful…and it’s all above merely counting individual items. It’s a bit crude to focus on that
