I know this is a bit late, but better late than never yes? 
Oh and this won’t be much of a manga review, considering I’ve never done one. It’s more like a… I-post-and-you-discuss-it kind of thing haha~
My attempt at a short summary:
Ichigo’s hollow mask collapses and Nell jumps at him, reprimanding for using such power at his current state. He apologizes and declares that it is time to go, thinking that he has beaten Ulquiorra. How very wrong he is. Not only is Ulquiorra still standing, he is not even that wounded. Ulquiorra fires a cero at Ichigo and Nell and after some throwing about, Ichigo “stabs” Ulquiorra. He declares that he will not surrender and that if he can beat Ulquiorra, it is the same as winning the war because he thinks Ulquiorra is the numero uno espada. Ulquiorra grabs the sword and rips his shirt -hears some fangirl screams in the background- in the process, revealing his number.
Ulquiorra stabs Ichigo with his hand alone, saying that Ichigo can never beat him and even if Ichigo did, he would still have to face 3 other espada. The chapter ends with Ulquiorra saying, “The path to victory doesn’t exist.”
Thoughts:
As I said, I won’t be doing much of a review. I want you guys to share your thoughts instead. As for me, though… Quite frankly, I’m a bit shocked. I expected Ulquiorra to be at a higher rank. Hm who knows, maybe the Halibel is the numero uno espada~
So thoughts? Opinions? Reactions?

Alright, I think Stark is #1 (sorry to the old man/chick/black guy lovers) mainly beacuase of his appearance. It’s already been revealed that when a Vasto Lorde (sp?) or a high-leveled Adjuchas (sp again?) becomes an Espada/High Numeros, they take on a much more human-like form. I think this applies more with the higher rank you are. Ulquiorra is somewhat of an exception to this, like OmgOnigiri said earlier (i’ll choose to believe him/her) his name deals with death, and Ulq looks like a dead person in my opinion. Anyway…Out of all the Espada, Stark has the least amount of his mask still visible and is also the the most human-looking (in my opinion).
Plus…..like many others, I’ve got this odd vibe that Stark is #1……………………Go Stark! *waves banner*
i think stark is number one halibel number two and either the black guy or old man is 3rd. i know halibel and stark are in the top 3 because i checked wikipedia so this is my thoughts.

Alright, i’m not entirely sure as to how old this thread is, however this is how i personally see it ranked 1-3.
1:Gin
2:Tousen
3:Halibel
The reason i dont have aizen up there is because of the sheer fact that none of the arrancar like him being in the lead because they all refer to him as a shinigami still, however, nothing is ever mentioned of gin or tousen being shinigami once they are in hueco mundo, and considering how low it seems aizen’s standards are, i’m sure he would use them as test subjects to see what the hogyoku can do to a shinigami.
Also, reasoning for Gin being 1 and Tousen being 2
Just going by their general personalities (or the ones they put on) Gin seems to be more sinister in personality. Tousen seems to be driven by a devotion to the preservation of lives, i personally see tousen helping ichigo’s group when they get close to aizen, which is why i believe Aizen would have used the hogyoku on tousen before it was fully awaken to test it and someone he felt would be more loyal (gin) after it was more awakened
looks like noone here knows anything about BLEACH because this is how the espada so everyone can just shut up about the old man being 1st because thats just stupid even if he’s the oldest LOOKING doesnt mean he’s the strongest
NOTE:Gin and Tousen cant be included because they’re shinigami not arrancar(you can tell because some of the arrancar HATE them because they are shinigami)

i agree with you that just because someone looks the oldest doesn’t mean he’s the strongest. but i don’t think you have to be so rude in telling them that. some people have trouble registering info. and some people havn’t caught up with where the show is yet and are just dying to know who is who. so if your going to post a comment so people know what’s up then do just be nicer about it. cause’ i don’t think you would like it if someone spoke to you in that manner and frankly i would be very suprised if this is the only comment you have gotten on that. please excuse any rudeness in this i meant you no offense i am merely stating something that needed to be said. thank you

Correction Nel in the previous 3rd Espada as she has the number 3 still tatooed on her back. Barragan (that unnamed aged Espada)should be the “Current” 3rd Espada. Think when Lupe was number 6 and Grimmjaw killed Lupe as he still had the number 6 on him.
the 3rd espada isn’t nel anymore its that old guy probably ulquiorra is stronger than nell cause she was the third serveral years back lol

All you people who don’t know what arrencar is ranked what apperantly your’e either really stupid or are just to lazy to watch the show because they are long past the point where you should know what their ranks are for one thing and for another gin and tousen aren’t even arrencar they are death gods/shinigami which are completely different. so don’t be putting them together in the same group cause’ i find that really annoying. the ranks of the arrencar are as followed.

so there you have it people. the ranks of the arrencar. but my advice to those out there who just want this info. for talking to one of your freinds that like this and you are just too lazy to watch either tell your freind that your not interested in watching this show and change the subject to something else or the better option is actually watch the show. and take it from me this show is very very good.

I love this show, i think ulquiorra should be the strongest arrencar cuz he’s da awesomest! also wow nell is an espada i didn’t no that, im still catching up to where the show is. awesomness!
bleach is sooooooooooooooo awesome and so is ulquiorra he should be ranked no. 1 he and grimmjow are the awesomest arrencar in the world! I hope they survive but they probably won’t.

do you people no the ranks right someof you got them wrong and ulquiorra is dead and grimmjow we are not sure he got hit in the neck but they didnt show anythin about him after that
Ah that was a nice “Aha moment” I loved Ichigo’s reaction to that. There have been a few cool moments like this lately too.
