    So, what would be better? Reading the manga, or watching the anime? Generally, i tend to prefer animes… but that really depends on how well the adaption has been done…

    I started reading this manga, and also love it. Great review. Would you recommend the anime as well?

    mampf & Linya: I watched the anime, and I wasn’t pleased with the ending. But the series overall was very cute and Mikan just never fails to amuse me. I haven’t read the manga yet, so I don’t know if I could compare it.

    Between the manga and the anime, the manga was far more enjoyable for me and the plot/storylines/character development were carried out better there. Given that the anime wasn’t overly long, a lot of really interesting arcs were excluded from it, which was a pity.

    @mampf: I will think that if you are more of a visual person, anime will be better, but if you like more in-depth plot analysis and more flesh in the story, the manga is definitely a better choice.

    @Lenners: hehehe ^^

    @Linya: I have not watched the anime sadly and is still trying to find it in order to watch it. When i have some time on my hands, I will be sure to review it and tell you guys too.

    @Mokokits: Thanks for the information to help my other viewers ^^

    @Sakura: Hmmm, i see. Well, anime usually needs to be more concise in details due to the fact that there’s limited space to conduct what is required.

    @Luvanime: i generally avoid reading manga before anime to be honest. They usually tend to spoil the experience ^^

    I’ve recently picked up the anime (because I see the review of the manga here). I quite enjoyed it; Mikan is truly quite cute, and if Natsume is 10 years old, I’ll definitely go all ga-ga over him. (I practically went ga-ga over him-as-10-years-old -_-; ) I truly did enjoy the anime, even if the climax is a bit contrived and illogical.

    I’m not much of a manga reader, but I’ve heard that the plots and themes in the manga is a lot darker. I may probably pick up the manga where the anime left off (if it follows).

    Impz, if you don’t mind poor quality and watching online, Youtube has almost the entire anime up there. The rest can be found on bbsour (Chinese subs). The quality isn’t the best, and I believe the last episode on bbsour has some lacking epilogue, but generally it’s still watchable.

    Do they have an english version? I’m hard-pressed trying to find it. The anime, though not as long as I would’ve liked it to be, is still one of the best anime’s around, in my opinion especially if you like light-hearted anime’s with enough depth to make watching it enjoyable as well as enough suspense, making the end product a mysterious yet fun anime to be watched by all. Just don’t be dissapointed it ends after just 26 episodes.
