Kodomo no Jikan trailer – Freaking disturbing, even to a lolicon!

If you ask me, you should be afraid. Very afraid. Any lolicon might find this either extremely appalling, or perhaps turn into a pedophile immediately. Needless to say, I find it disturbing, very disturbing.

For the lack of updates, blame it on an extremely hectic work schedule. Man, I never knew that being a working adult also includes a dose of sleepiness, a dose of pain and most importantly a dose of the common phenomena called no life.

Slightly disturbing, yeah. The ice cream…
And I was sorta looking forward to it too.
Closed the window with the clip after watching it for at least 15 seconds, even though I’ve seen the scenes’s manga counterparts, oddly enough.

what are you guys talking about?! That was AMAZING! Is it the first time you people saw lolicon? If yes then I understand, this stuff is not for children; better luck when you grow up but if you have, like me, you should absolutely love it. I hope it doesn’t suck. The first episode should reveal everything.

I think even if you don’t like lolicon it’s no way disturbing.
Is the second comment’s link what originally was in the post?
If it is, I don’t understand what is the problem, anime is full of this things.
You like it or not it doesn’t surprise anyone.

Yeah, I gotta agree, that was a bit disturbing, even for someone who’s read the manga.

Also, welcome to the working world. Kinda sucks, huh? Good thing there’s anime to come home to. :P

I LOVE this series… if u think the trailer was disturbing u shud check out the manga scanlated by the blogger of Mistakes of Youth… its much worse lol.

If you like disturbing loliconish manga, another one is Yume Tsukai. Teh anime adaption sux. Young girls get pregnant and monsters burst forth from their stomachs.. some pretty sick stuff.

Needless to say, none of these manga will ever get licensed, scanlations are the only way. Ok, Kodomo no Jikan was licensed but it ain’t gonna be released lol.

The animation was very good. I wonder how far they’ll push it though. I wonder if an episode will be banned like episode of Moetan’s was.

Not for me. Guess I’m too old to remember this sort of thing.

Although some of R. Crumb’s stuff was, well….

Well, what´s being portrayed in the manga isn´t something one should think to much of, or how to say it, make a diference between manga and real life.

If this should be real life, then it is terrible and disturbing, now since it´s in manga/anime form, laughter is the one medicine I recomend.
I am looking forward to this anime. Just to see how far they take it.

If the animation quality is as good as the trailer shows, I’m watching.

I think the real charm of this series is in watching the child instigate all the mischief. The fantasy is putting yourself in the place of a child yet having power over adults. A disturbing lolicon would be one were the child is dominated or molested against her will.

I felt sooo wrong watching this. It was rather enjoyable to watch, (the anime as a whole, I mean.) Considering that these were grade school girls, I knew that this would never reach America. Haven’t read the manga. I wished the OAV developed a little more. Maybe more OAVs will be released?

If these girls were simply under 18, it wouldn’t be that big a deal in America. (Just change the stated age to 18. Snatcher got away with it.) But these girls seem to be under 13…

It was still good, especially toward the end with the voodoo doll ending up working.
