Hey, you! Don’t let these depraved forms of entertainment filter down to our children!
Outrage generates pageviews, so we’ll take this opportunity to make some similarly untruthful reports. Start rolling in, pageviews and advertising revenue!
Well shit, looks like that article has been removed. But being a blogger with similar journalistic integrity, I won’t let that stop me!
Oh, Google to the rescue. Cached original article thanks to Google, but can’t seem to access page 2. If you’re interested, you can also read McCullough’s follow-up article replying to the comments, which goes to show just how much of a clueless bigot he is.
*Disclaimer: If you’re liable to misunderstandings and intend on taking this post litearlly, please don’t read it. I beg you. Please.

See how they stereotype A. Nigger (on the right) as evil, handgun yielding, dreadlock headed monsters.
Recently an animated series had just finished airing in Japan, a show going by the name of Moyashimon: A Tale of Agriculture. It has come to my attention that the show features gratuitous lesbianism and racism in the guise of a children-friendly series with the aim of educating them about bacteria and various farming techniques.
It shocks me that this show uses repeatedly the “N” word for our fellow Earthizens with darker skin and of African descent. In a world where we’re attempting to promote world peace and one-ness of the human kind, through the great instituition known as democracy, this kind of discrimination serves as nothing but fuel on a fire that has almost died out. There are multiple instances of the word used in a derogatory manner, and the way the makers of the show treat A. Nigger casts them in a light inferior to the similar looking but much more yellow (thus Asian) A. Oryzae. I find it disturbing that such inflammatory material could get past the ratings approval board, and that the creators of this show would dare use the word in such a fashion. Those bloody chinks.
That is not the only vice in which the show indulges. There are multiple instances of lesbianism, from the subtle to the overt. From hugs to kissing to outright sexual encounters, this show does not shy away from presenting lesbianism in all its disgusting details. Even worse, it features conversations in which the characters discuss in detail how homosexuality is supposedly superior to heterosexuality. Such blatant propaganda should not be acceptable in any form of television, much less an educational show for children. It’s as if it is not bad enough that America has forsaken Allah and legalised homosexual marriages, but now even Japan is turning their back to our one true Lord, and encouraging their children to exchange godly relationships for ungodly ones. Derka derka Mohammed jihad! Mohammed jihad derka derka sherpa jihad!

Note the second person from the left. It’s a man.
Apart from these blatant display of disrespect for the American way of life, the show also encourages cross-dressing. It really strikes fear into my heart to say that this is the least of the show’s problems, such are the other depravities on display here.
It is totally unacceptable that such filth should ever find their way onto our airwaves, much less in a format targeted at children. And in the guise of something educational, no less! Why aren’t our politicians doing anything about this? Where are the lobby groups protecting our children from such nasty putrefaction? Though they are also important, I believe lobby groups can spend less time filing expensive (and usually fruitless) lawsuits against companies that make dangerous toys and spend more of their money and effort on taking these kind of shows that attempt to derail our children and youths off the air. President Bush should directly negotiate with the Japanese President on banning such sordid affairs. Our future President, whoever he might be (HAHA Hilary HAHA), needs to ramp up our military presence in Japan and let them know that us God-abiding citizens (with gay marriages, God Bless America) would not tolerate such carrion to corrupt our children.
We cannot let our society and freedom be periled by such smut. We must act, and we must act now.

P.S. On top of the disclaimer at the top, I must make it clear that this is simply an exercise in seeing how anime can be wrongly (and untruthfully) interpreted by those seeking to paint anime in a negative light. I hope no one takes this literally.

Let’s all watch anime and be homosexual racist traps.
Don’t forget advocating the use of alcohol in children See those cute cartoon organisms making alcohol? Must be meant for children. WOULD SOMEONE THINK OF THE CHILDREN???!!!
(Why do I feel so unclean posting this?)
Lupus: Now add something about whales and you’re set.
This reminds me of another article I stumbled on a while back (sorry if the url length breaks your layout but I din’t know if html link tags are allowed here):
Edit by Lupus to unbreak tables. Link to article.
As in that case, I can’t believe the writer is so stupid as to believe what he is writing, so I’ll just assume he’s failing at satire instead.
The least he could do is spell Aspergillus niger correctly…back of the class!
Martin: Every mistake I made in this article is intentional. I was trying to parody the ridiculous lack of truth in the Mass Effect article I linked at the start, by trying to misinterpret and make up as much shit as possible with only the smallest “understanding” of the subject matter.
So I guess I fail at satire
‘the most realistic sex acts ever conceived [was this pun intended? - IKnight]‘. I laughed up a lung.
Have you ever tried to stuff a lung back down your throat? It’s honestly very hard.
oh but the Nigger Oryzae is treated special. It’s like the ultimate secret character you need to unlock among the Moyashimon magnet toys gashapon!
IKnight: I don’t know. I doubt it, seeing how his tone in the rest of the article is so dry, I don’t think he’d let a little wit slip in like that.
Usagi: Haha XD I want those Moyashimon gashapons!
@Lupus: oops…I guess I unintentionally insulted you there, even after you went to the trouble of editing my comment to reduce breakage. Apologies! m(__)m
I guess this highlights a problem with humour on the internet – when you’re being ironic or sarcastic about something, it’s hard to put across the fact that you’re being ironic/sarcastic. Context and tone of voice make this easy enough in spoken conversation, but I’ve come unstuck online in the past for my own bits of humour being misinterpreted too.
Yeah, I know, when you’re in a hole stop digging…
Fortunately, this isn’t a serious post. Now if someone did watch the show and interpret it like this…
Will games always get this bad light? We get a tiny bit of sex in Mass Effect (which wasn’t even near Hot Coffee) and some people go crazy. Then in movies we have that, and no one says much at all.
This is just like how people associate anime with hentai immediately.
Martin: It’s ok, I don’t feel insulted at all. If anything, your comment highlights the need for me to improve on my writing. A good writer should be able to make it clear to his audience whether he is being satirical or not.
IcyStorm: Games are foreign objects to most of the people who bash them. They’re the older generation who has never experienced gaming as a medium or taken it seriously as entertainment. They will never get it. However, when they’re all dead and we, the current generation, rule the world, gaming’s bad press would go away.
I bet when film with mature and sexual contents first came out, people made a big fuss like this too.
