Why in the love of Tsuruya did I not bribe fansubwiki.com earlier?

You have reached this page because your IP has been banned from fansubwiki.com. The reasons for your ban might be:

* Your IP block belongs to a known spam bot or spam net
* Your IP was used to vandalise the wiki
* Your IP did not help the admins win the lottery

If you think you have been falsely accused, please send an email to abuse/fansubwiki.com.

Apparently, fansubwiki seems to take offense at the fact that I have not given them any secret information from Scotland Yard. How in the world am I supposed to do my entry for the coming spring preview in a few weeks time? Sigh.

Unless I’m not mistaken, Impz, you live in Singapore, right? Singapore’s web hosting has a tendency to crowd thousands of users into one IP proxy. (Try editing a Wikipedia article and if there is a special notice there, you’ll know that you’re using a proxy) So, technically, they could have simply banned the IP proxy because someone sharing the same address had posted spam or set a spambot to work there.

    Hope that helps.

This is a covert operation by “The One That Rhymes With Fedex” to subvert the anime fandom by targetting its own customers to not be in the loop with all the things in Japan, so that they can wield ultimate monopoly on the hearts and minds of the Singaporean otaku. Joining forces with “TENGINS,” they seek to dominate all life. Beware, my fellow otaku. Time has come to fight a revolution against tyranny, and be free from oppression and injustice.

    A few helpful pointers, Impz:

    1. Move to LunaHub. (pun from the PSP game Jeanne D’arc)
    2. Use the mentioned web proxies.
    3. Appeal for unban.
    4. ???
    5. PROFIT!

Nah, the text before “[/mel-gibson-conspiracy-theory]” was there for the comic effect. Particularly considering I knew a few contacts of mine who are in serious discussions on hitting back at Odex via litigation.

There’s always good old Tor. Or if you want a preconfigured ready-to-go version, Torpark.

Well YAY there are planned subbers for Vampire Knight (Like we didn’t know someone was going to fansub that!)

    And Special A.

I’ve been enjoying the manga of these series, although the former has been making me feel a bit icky lately. I dunno, to me, even though they are vampires, incest just still seems well, gross.
