Good point about Shinra.

I would hate for that to be the case with Mikado though. He doesn’t seem like the type to end someone’s life, especially one that he’s so close to. I’ll keep on with the notion that he will someday get involved with the Dollars since it seems to be a reoccurring theme. If Izaya is truly the leader and if he truly was looking for Mikado (for whatever reason), his involvement is inevitable.

The memory wiping didn’t really catch my attention. I just assumed that it was the SOP for dealing with guys like that. Of course, it could also related to Celty’s head since it doesn’t seem to remember anything.

I facepalmed when i realized i had completely missed the obvious connection between celty’s missing head and neck-scar girl. I mean i guessed there was some involvement, but the idea that her head was celty’s completely passed over mine.

Although if you think about, a researcher who comes across an immortal supernatural head is bound to experiment with it, and attaching it onto other bodies is definitely one way to accomplish this. Of course the biggest question is how much does Shinra really know? and what are his motives?

It would be interesting if Mikado ends up being the one who has to kill Anri. Ironically he finds out that he just can’t let her live; perhaps he joins the Dollars and it is required of him, perhaps he is trying to help Celty regain her head. There are still a lot of episodes left, so I’m guessing there will be at least one major plot twist ahead.

Why do you guys think Simon said he hadn’t seen Erika? Does he not really know who people are, or does he not understand Japanese that well, or was he really trying to prevent them from meeting?

Regarding Shinra, I never trusted the guy, so I am not inclined to give him a pass on the secret of Celty’s head. I bet he does know, and is keeping the secret so he can keep control of Celty. He knows that, as soon as she gets her head screwed on straight, she’s out of there. Keeping the secret keeps her dependent upon him.

Shinra and Celty together makes for some great and funny stuff i like how she reacts to some things but Celty sure is going to be pissed when she finds Shinra’s big secret.

@ iamTN I agree with you about Mikado i cant wait to see that too, totally agree about Seiji haha creepy i thought Shinra was the creepy one guess not anymore, just wants her for her head lol…
