So I was laid low by an overly long slumber due to heinous finals, Fanime obligations, and a terrible sickness but the war goes on and while the conflict will claim many san points there is a new radiant light to guide the followers of the True Gods, Luhy the patron Goddess of consoles has come to bestow her blessings on us all and lend new strength to Kuko.
It was a rocky start but Luhy’s dreaming was well ahead of her time as the imperfect world in which she lives in was not ready for the Xoth and while her dreams did not immediately bear fruit vindication would come when Steam launched. Japan proper might be chained to archaic retail but for the PC Gaming Great Race of Yith we are not bound by retail hikes and extoll our weekend deals. I am most relieved that Luhy has found a new and better life after her dreams were curtailed by a short sighted CEO. Perhaps one day Luhy can get a job at Valve where her talents will be recognized and appreciated.
I was saddened to find out that Yoriko was not the Slayer of Kings but rather a reaper of middling masses. At least that is what she has stated publicly, I hope however that she was merely being modest as there must be a good reason that Kuko and Nyaruko kowtow to her wishes. It was unfortunate that Mahiro jumped to conclusions but perhaps this incident will teach him a thing or two about patience.
Speaking of patience I have to hand it to Hastur for casting it aside and joining the class as yet another relative of the Yasaka clan. Kuko maybe a former NEET but her plans have come together perfectly as Hastur seems to be in a superior position to frustrate Nyaruko. Kuko’s knowledge of flag setting has left me overawed and I do. Not doubt that Nyaruko’s quest to claim Mahiro will be a most trying one.
I honestly had no idea that Nyaruko was able to play a cute side to tug on Mahiro’s heart strings. Still she is very much a malign deity as shown by her terrifying plan of using her lovechild as a means to compel Yoriko to accepting her. Al’s her methods of isolation were superb even if in the end no babies were made.
I just loved the scheming that took place once Mahiro activated the Wonderswan. So many references so many laughs. Clearly this show aims to bring happiness and jovial laughter to the most dedicated of nerds while exposing the apostates who know nothing of Bridget and Gunpei… It may be Nyaruko’s show but Kuko is indeed the Queen. I for one bow before Kuko’s genre savviness and will pray to her for more Yuri goodness.
